Can I bring my old jewelry pieces to you for re-design?
At the moment, we don’t offer redesign or customization services. Prakrit 925 focuses on ready-to-wear sterling silver collections crafted for everyday elegance.

Shipping

We offer secure prepaid shipping across India, with delivery completed within 7–8 working days for all orders. Each piece is carefully packed and dispatched after quality checks to ensure it reaches you safely. 

Yes — we deliver across India. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but every order is carefully shipped to reach you safely within our estimated timeline

For locations that are harder to reach, delivery may take a little longer than usual. In such cases, please allow up to 10–12 working days for your order to arrive safely.

We offer standard prepaid shipping on all orders, with delivery completed within 7–8 working days. Currently, expedited or overnight delivery options are not available.

Your order is processed soon after it’s placed and dispatched after final quality checks. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details. Our delivery partners then safely carry your jewelry on its way to you within the estimated 7–8 working day timeline.

Returns & Exchanges

Sorry it didn’t work out — what is your return policy?
We currently accept exchanges only for items that arrive damaged during delivery. Since each piece is quality-checked before dispatch, returns are not available for other reasons.

To request an exchange for a damaged item, contact our support team soon after receiving your order and share clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Since we don’t offer refunds and only replace items that arrive damaged, refunds are not applicable. Once a damaged item is approved, we arrange an exchange instead.
