Prakrit 925 currently does not offer general returns or refunds. We only provide exchanges if an item arrives damaged during delivery.
To request an exchange, contact our support team soon after receiving your order and share clear photos of the product and packaging. Once the issue is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement. Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify.
We carefully inspect every piece before dispatch to ensure it reaches you perfectly, and we appreciate your understanding that returns for personal preference or change of mind aren’t available.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Since Prakrit 925 does not offer refunds and only replaces items that arrive damaged, refund processing is not applicable. Once a damaged item is approved, we arrange a replacement instead of issuing a credit.
If you ever receive a damaged piece, contact our support team with photos and we’ll guide you through the exchange quickly.
Exchanges
Suggested text: If you upload images to the website, avoid using files that contain embedded location data. Image metadata can sometimes include private information that others may be able to access after download.
Gifts
Since we don’t offer refunds and only replace items that arrive damaged, gift credits or refunds for gift returns aren’t available. If a gifted item arrives damaged, the recipient can contact our support team with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement

Since Prakrit 925 only offers exchanges for items that arrive damaged, return shipping is arranged through our support team after approval. Please contact us first before sending anything back. We’ll share the correct return steps and guide you through the process to make sure your replacement is handled safely. ✨💍
